NetworkZ Academy offers a full range of debriefing strategies and course delivery support services to ensure and sustain positive effects of the programme.
This external training by NetworkZ Team experts ensures the quality of content and delivery is maintained to a high standard.
This course is an 8-week short course with two half-day remote workshops and a two-day face-to-face workshop, plus online support and peer learning over the course duration. The course is appropriate for any healthcare professional in an education or training role.
Participants will complete this programme with the knowledge and confidence to safely convene and facilitate simulation and other training sessions in their hospitals.
ANZCA SMOs who complete the 8-week short course are eligible to use the training to become EMAC instructors.
Additionally, participants will receive a 12-month Instructor Academy membership and access to the NetworkZ Resource Hub!

The two-day face-to-face technical training is a guided hands-on learning experience to upskill individuals in the technical aspect of running simulations.

As a member of the NetworkZ Academy, you receive access to everything you need to lead the NetworkZ programmes. Membership for 12 months is included in every Instructor course enrolment.

Our experienced, expert NetworkZ team delivers immersive simulation training based around real-world clinical scenarios. In each scenario, teams perform surgical procedures on lifelike patient models, then debrief and discuss.
