The NetworkZ OR programme incorporates interactive sessions that include challenging surgical cases with realistic models. The programme also integrates team debriefs and communication skills training. Our team are committed to building the capability of healthcare workers, improving communication and teamwork skills, and delivering safer and more equitable patient outcomes.

Staff train in their own environment and use all of their own surgical and anaesthetic equipment and consumables. We offer adult and paediatric cases in a range of specialties: orthopaedics, general, ORL/ENT, plastics and urology.
