Jennifer has expertise in medical education, and an international reputation in simulation-based education, and team training. She is head of the Centre for Medical and Health Sciences Education at the University of Auckland and a specialist anaesthetist at Auckland City Hospital. 

Kaylene has led the implementation of the NetworkZ programme across the motu, blending her clinical experience and long-standing career and interest in simulation training and patient outcomes. With her leadership and facilitation skills, Kaylene manages the simulation planning and training and has recently worked with Professor Weller on a nationwide project for the HQSC Safe Surgery NZ programme. Her role includes overall programme management, course development and training. This includes Instructor Training and ongoing support and coordinating the cohort implementation at DHBs.

Vanessa leads the National Institute of Health Innovation which proudly houses NetworkZ. A passionate leader of social innovation, and digital transformation for impact with experience in these areas working with DHB and NGOs as well as corporate experience, Vanessa blends the commercial and social lens to strategically support the sustainable impact of NetworkZ.

Jane has extensive experience and research on teamwork with multi-professional healthcare teams. Jane coordinates the development and testing of new scenarios in orthopaedic, urology, plastics, and ENT surgical teams, develops the resource package for delivering scenarios and assists with production of supporting educational materials. Jane also supports the DHB training and mentoring.

_{Emma has been with NetworkZ since early 2021. She primarily oversees the Trauma NetworkZ programme and has a supportive role in the other NetworkZ branches. As a clinical Registered Nurse and Anaesthetic Technician, Emma is passionate about team training within the acute health setting.}
